My client, a well-established civil engineering and utilities contractor, is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their based in Dublin West.

Position Overview:

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of utilities and large infrastructure works on site. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and operational delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering €65,000+ per year depending on experience, operating on a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00am to 5:00pm. The role offers long-term career stability within a growing infrastructure contractor.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 3+ years Irish experience as a Site Manager on transport or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Utilities background essential
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to drive programme and performance on site
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily site operations
• Oversee utilities and infrastructure works from inception through to completion
• Ensure compliance with programme timelines and technical specifications
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and plant operations
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Monitor productivity and drive site performance
