As the Qualified Carpenter, you will be responsible for a range of carpentry tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including first and second-fix work, general maintenance, and repairs. This role requires a skilled professional who can work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards while following health and safety regulations.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering a competitive salary of €47,000-€51,000 D.O.E, with overtime opportunities available. The successful candidate will need to interpret technical drawings, problem-solve on-site, and collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly

Requirements:

• Fully qualified carpenter with relevant trade certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on-site.
• Own tools required.
• Full, clean driver’s license (company vehicle & fuel card provided).
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform first and second-fix carpentry on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and adheres to health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project completion.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks as required.
