My client, a well-established and respected automotive business, is currently looking for an up-and-coming Sales Associate to join their team based in Dublin 22.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will support the daily operations of a busy automotive business, combining sales support, administration, vehicle presentation, and general garage duties. You will assist customers, support the sales process, prepare vehicles to a high standard, and help ensure the smooth running of the workshop and forecourt.

This role operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with very occasional Saturdays depending on workload, and offers a salary of up to €38,000 per year depending on experience.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties
• Previous experience in a garage, workshop, or automotive environment (desirable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and day-to-day interactions
• Handling basic sales administration and documentation
• Valeting vehicles to a high standard for display and customer handover
• Transporting vehicles to and from NCT / CVRT appointments
• Assisting with vehicle movements and logistics
• Carrying out general workshop and garage maintenance duties
• Ensuring the showroom, forecourt, and workshop are clean and organised
• Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
