My client, a well-established, high-quality hotel, is looking for an dedicated and enthusiastic Night Manager to join their team based in Co. Kildare.

Position Overview:

As the Night Manager, you will take full responsibility for the hotel during overnight hours, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the property while delivering a high standard of guest service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage night operations independently, support the night team, and act as the main point of contact for guests.

This is a full-time position, working overnight shifts on a 5-over-7 roster, offering a competitive salary of €36,000–€40,000 per year, depending on experience. The role is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality professional who is confident, organised, and comfortable leading operations during night hours.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 3+ years Irish experience in a Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or Senior Front Office role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts
• Strong organisational and reporting skills
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Strong level of English
• Written & verbal

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all hotel operations during night hours
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests and staff overnight
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest queries or issues
• Completing night audit procedures and reports
• Managing health & safety and security protocols
• Supporting reception and night staff where required
• Ensuring a smooth handover to the morning management team
