My client, a well-established specialist contractor, is actively looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their team based in Co. Dublin.

Position Overview:

As the Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, accurately, and in line with programme requirements. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to an experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

The position offers a salary of up to €90,000 per year, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with a company van and fuel card provided

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 2+ years Irish experience working as a Site Engineer on Residential or Commercial projects
• Strong setting-out and technical engineering skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience working with subcontractors and site teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Full, clean driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Set out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaise closely with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
• Ensure quality control and accuracy across all site works
• Assist with planning, sequencing, and progress tracking on site
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety standards
• Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise on site
