My client, a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor, now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in Dublin West.

Position Overview:

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale transport and utilities infrastructure projects. You will oversee multiple workstreams, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering €85,000+ per year depending on experience. The role operates on a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00am to 5:00pm and offers long-term career stability within a growing infrastructure contractor.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 3+years’ Irish experience in a Project Management or Senior Management role within transport or large-scale infrastructure
• Proven track record delivering utilities projects from inception to completion
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and utilities projects
• Oversee programme planning, cost control, and resource allocation
• Manage site management teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Monitor commercial performance and drive project profitability
• Report on project progress to senior management
