Shauna Maguire

With an honours degree in Business in Marketing from Technological University Dublin, Shauna began her journey with TOTAL Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant and has since progressed to Recruitment Manager.

In her current role, Shauna leads our Hospitality Desk while also managing her own permanent recruitment desk. She works closely with hospitality employers across Ireland to source experienced, reliable professionals, while continuing to support clients with high quality permanent placements across multiple sectors. Her ability to understand client requirements, workforce pressures and market trends allows her to deliver efficient, tailored staffing solutions.

Before joining TOTAL Solutions, Shauna gained two years of valuable experience at Excel Recruitment, where she developed a strong understanding of client expectations and service delivery. Her strengths in communication, team leadership and problem solving enable her to consistently identify and present high calibre candidates who align with both the technical and cultural needs of each organisation.

Shauna also leads our Total Training division at www.totaltraining.ie, delivering certified Manual Handling courses. As a QQI Level 6 accredited trainer, she combines practical instruction with strong knowledge of compliance and workplace safety standards, ensuring teams are trained, certified and site ready.

By combining her marketing background with a people focused and commercially aware approach, Shauna plays a key role in driving growth across our recruitment and training divisions, supporting long term success for both clients and candidates.
