With an honours degree in Business in Marketing from Technological University Dublin, Shauna began her journey with TOTAL Solutions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, delivering tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Before joining the team, she gained two years of valuable experience at Excel Recruitment, where she developed a strong understanding of client expectations and service delivery. Her strengths in communication, team motivation, and problem-solving help her consistently identify and present high-quality candidates across a range of industries.

Shauna now leads our Total Training division at www.totaltraining.ie, where she delivers certified Manual Handling courses. As a QQI Level 6 accredited trainer, she combines practical instruction with a strong knowledge of compliance and safety standards, ensuring that teams are prepared, qualified, and site-ready.
