My client, a leading automotive services provider, is actively seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Operations) to join their team based in Dublin 24.

Position Overview:

As the Contract Manager (Operations) you will take full responsibility for overseeing and managing multiple operational contracts, ensuring service delivery, performance, and compliance targets are consistently achieved. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly into the Technical Services Director, with responsibility for leading and developing a contract management team.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, people performance, and continuous improvement across all managed contracts.

The role offers a salary of €70,000 with up to a 10% performance-based bonus, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility aligned to business needs.

Requirements:

• Min 2+ years Irish motor industry experience in a senior operations or contract management role (essential)
• Strong people management experience, ideally leading multiple managers or teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and service delivery
• Commercial awareness with experience overseeing budgets and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage contract management teams, with six direct reports, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and development
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service contracts
• Ensure all contractual obligations and SLAs are met or exceeded
• Monitor operational and financial performance, including budgets and cost controls
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Drive operational improvements and standardised processes
• Support strategic planning and service optimisation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership
