My client, a well-established residential construction company, is currently seeking a Skilled Labourer to join their team based in Dublin 18

Position Overview:

As a Skilled Labourer, you will work on a busy residential construction site, carrying out day-to-day general duties and supporting trades and site management to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, good site awareness, and the ability to contribute positively to a fast-paced site environment.

This is a temporary position with a view to permanency, offering a rate of €21.50 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistent hours and long-term opportunity on a well-managed residential construction site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer on construction sites
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (essential)
• Good understanding of site health & safety practices
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general skilled labouring duties on a residential construction site
• Assisting trades and site management as required
• Handling materials, site set-up, and general groundworks support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures on site
• Supporting daily site operations to keep the project running smoothly
