• Assist in the procurement and appointment of subcontractors
• Support the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements
• Manage subcontractor valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Review design information and provide cost advice to the project team
• Identify and drive value engineering opportunities

• Contribute to internal cost reporting, including cost vs value reconciliations and forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of final account submissions
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to senior project stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (Level 8 or higher)
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Experience working with a main contractor or on large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management

• Ambitious, career-driven, and motivated to progress to Senior QS level This role offers a clear pathway for career progression, along with structured training and support toward professional accreditation (SCSI/RICS), making it an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.

If you meet the above requirements and are seeking an exciting new challenge, please forward your CV for immediate consideration and a confidential call back to discuss the role in more detail.
