My client, a leading automotive services provider, is actively seeking a Qualified Mechanic to join their workshop team based in Dublin 24.

Position Overview:

As a Qualified Mechanic, you will be based in a fully equipped workshop, carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles to a high standard. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are maintained safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer and company standards.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a salary of €51,000 per year and an excellent benefits package.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Must have a QQI level 6 Motor Mechanic qualification or equivalent
• Strong experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Full, valid Irish driving licence
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
• Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing work in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems effectively
• Ensuring all work is documented accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets
