An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of a residential development in Dublin. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, where you will lead the project from site level, manage subcontractors, and drive programme, quality, and performance across the build.

You will be supported by senior-level resources for design coordination and strategic oversight, allowing you to focus on delivery, leadership, and execution. As the project progresses, a full site team will be built around you.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery and programme management.
• Manage and coordinate an established subcontractor base.
• Drive progress across key construction phases including RC frame, Metsec infills, brick slip cladding, and full internal fit-out.
• Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance are maintained.
• Lead site teams as the project scales, setting clear expectations and standards.
• Liaise with senior management and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and keep the project on track.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong background managing projects from site level through to completion.
• Experience with RC frame construction and fit-out phases is essential.
• Confident leader with the ability to manage people, subcontractors, and programmes.
• Highly organised with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for project delivery.
