We are recruiting on behalf of a progressive, Clare-based consultancy delivering a diverse portfolio of residential and civil infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong Project Management capability to take ownership of projects from initial design through to on-site delivery.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and genuine career progression within a forward-thinking consultancy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead civil engineering projects from design stage through to completion.
• Manage residential and civil infrastructure works including coordination with site teams.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure technical compliance with Irish standards and regulations.
• Monitor project performance and maintain strong commercial awareness.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong background in civil engineering design and site coordination.
• Proven experience in project management within residential or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving project environment.
