We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities & Property Management company seeking a reliable and proactive General Maintenance / Handyman to support rental properties across Dublin.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage their day independently while maintaining high standards across multiple properties.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and light refurbishment works.
• Prepare properties for rental turnaround, ensuring they are safe, clean, and presentable.
• Complete minor works across electrics, plumbing, carpentry, and general property systems.
• Identify when certified contractor involvement is required and coordinate accordingly.
• Manage daily workload efficiently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles.
• Practical knowledge of basic electrics, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Full driving licence.
