We are recruiting on behalf of one of Dublin’s most established and fast-growing civils contractors, who are seeking experienced Site Engineers and Site Agents with strong water and civils project experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to step into a key delivery role on major infrastructure projects across Dublin. You will play a hands-on role in setting out, site coordination, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate setting out and surveying duties on water and civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage and oversee daily site operations.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
• Support the successful delivery of water and infrastructure works from start to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience on Irish civils projects – water or infrastructure experience is essential.
• Strong setting-out skills and confidence managing site operations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full driving licence.
