We are recruiting on behalf of a growing construction client based in Clare who are seeking an experienced Project Manager Senior Engineer to deliver a strong pipeline of residential and civils projects across the Midwest.

This is a high-impact role offering ownership across multiple live sites, ideal for a Civil Engineer with strong project management capability who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects across Clare, Galway, Limerick, and North Tipperary.
• Drive programme delivery, budgets, and project timelines.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors across various locations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
• Lead projects from groundworks through to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Background as a Civil Engineer with residential and commercial project experience.
• Proven experience in project management or senior engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, roads, and services.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence required.
