We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier contractor delivering large-scale roads and transport infrastructure projects across Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team.

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects that shape transport networks, with strong long-term career progression and exposure to complex civil engineering works.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site engineering activities on roads and transport infrastructure projects.
• Manage setting out, surveying, and technical delivery on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive programme delivery and ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records.
• Liaise with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer on civils projects.
• Strong background in roads, highways, or transport infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and setting out.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale project environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence preferred.
