We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a large-scale commercial project in Dublin City, who are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join their team.This is a key role within a high-profile build, working closely with site, design, and supply chain teams to ensure fully coordinated and buildable solutions across CSA and MEP packages.

Responsibilities:

• Manage design information in line with project programme
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Drive integration of design across CSA and MEP packages.
• Manage submittals, approvals, and client sign-off processes.
• Resolve design queries and interface issues on-site.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to support successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in design coordination or technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
• Experience managing consultants and subcontractor design packages.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, large-scale project environment.
