We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing construction contractor seeking an experienced Foreman to take ownership of site delivery on building projects across Munster, primarily based in Cork.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can drive performance on site, coordinate teams effectively, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors.
• Drive project programme and monitor progress against schedule.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality across all site activities.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure efficient workflow.
• Report on project progress and site performance to senior management.
• Lead, motivate, and support site personnel.

Requirements:

• Strong background in construction and site supervision roles.
• Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-focused approach to site management.
• Full driving licence preferred.
