We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor seeking an experienced Foreman for a busy construction project in Cork. This is an urgent requirement and a key leadership role on a fast-moving build.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
• Drive project programme and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality.
• Coordinate site teams and manage overall performance.
• Monitor progress and report on site activities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage trades on site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on residential, commercial, or civil projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and to standard.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to site management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
