We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering large-scale RC frame projects across Munster, who are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join their team.

This is a key site leadership role overseeing multi-storey reinforced concrete structures, offering the opportunity to take ownership of programme delivery, team coordination, and quality on a high-profile project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise reinforced concrete works, including foundations, slabs, cores, and vertical elements.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site.
• Drive programme, sequencing, and productivity across RC works.
• Ensure all works meet health and safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with engineers, design teams, and client representatives.
• Maintain site records, inspections, and daily reporting.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery in line with project timelines.

Requirements:

• Strong background as a Concrete Foreman or RC Frame Foreman.
• Proven experience delivering multi-storey reinforced concrete structures.
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Experience working within tight deadlines on live construction sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven approach.
