We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Dublin-based construction contractor who are seeking Environmental Health and Safety Advisors across multiple levels to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and best practices.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work closely with site management to drive a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Environmental Health and Safety or related discipline.
• Experience in construction EHS roles (all levels considered).
• Strong understanding of Irish health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively within site teams.
