We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering major construction projects in Cork, who are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join their team.

This is a key leadership role on site, offering full responsibility for coordinating civils works, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all civils activities on site.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Drive programme delivery and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality.
• Monitor progress and report on site performance.
• Lead, motivate, and direct teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure works are completed in line with specifications and project plans.

Requirements:

• Strong background in civil construction and site works.
• Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines and programme pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, team-focused approach to site management.
• Full driving licence preferred.
