My client, a leading provider of catering, retail, and facilities management services, currently seeking a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie to take full ownership of a busy corporate kitchen in West Dublin.

Position Overview:

As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the full running of the kitchen across weekend service. This is a standalone role, so you must be confident managing all aspects of the kitchen independently, from food preparation through to service and clean-down.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, freshly prepared meals while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, organisation, and efficiency. This role suits a chef who is comfortable working alone, can manage their own section without supervision, and has experience in a structured, high-volume or contract catering environment.

This is a weekend position (Saturday & Sunday) with hours of 7:00am – 4:00pm, offering a pay rate of €18 per hour.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 2+ years’ experience at Chef de Partie level
• Experience working in a similar standalone or contract catering kitchen
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen alone
• Reliable, organised, and confident in decision-making
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the kitchen during weekend shifts
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with site requirements
• Manage your own prep, service, and clean-down
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Ensure all HACCP procedures are followed and documented
• Keep the kitchen organised, efficient, and running smoothly
