My client, a leading provider of catering and facilities services, is currently seeking a strong and reliable Chef de Partie to join their team based in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.

Position Overview:

As the Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy on-site kitchen, supporting the delivery of fresh, high-quality food across breakfast and lunch service.

This is a full-time position working Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, offering a salary of €18 per hour. This role is being offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Min 2+ years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Experience working in high-volume or contract catering environments is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised, and able to maintain high standards
• Good all-rounder across breakfast and lunch service

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards
• Support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
• Ensure all food is prepared and served to a consistently high standard
• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety procedures
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an excellent service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
