My client, a well-established and highly regarded hospitality venue, is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join their team based in Co. Tipperary.
Position Overview:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full F&B operation across the property, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest experience at all times.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, and event service, while leading and developing your team to consistently deliver excellent results.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of €40,000 – €45,000 per year, working on a 5 over 7 schedule including evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
Requirements:
• Min 3+ years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Management role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Experience in event and banqueting service is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of health & safety and HACCP standards
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day running of all F&B operations across the property
• Lead, manage, and motivate the F&B team to deliver high standards of service
• Ensure consistent quality across restaurant, bar, and event service
• Manage staffing levels, rostering, and team performance
• Drive revenue and maximise profitability across all F&B outlets
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
• Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
• Handle guest queries and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
• Support training and development of team members
