We are partnering with a leading Irish engineering contractor delivering a major large-scale data centre project in Germany. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on this high-value, technically complex, mission-critical build.

This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term progression across a strong European project pipeline. You will be part of an experienced commercial team with exposure to flagship infrastructure projects and senior leadership support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of electrical packages on a large-scale data centre project.
• Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost control and programme alignment.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Support procurement and subcontractor management.
• Ensure commercial compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide detailed reporting to senior commercial leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on data centres, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial management within mission-critical environments.
• Ability to manage complex packages with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on a 17/4 rotation in Germany.
