We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the automotive and roadside services sector that is continuing to expand its operations nationwide. They are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strong leadership across multiple operational teams, driving performance, consistency, and service excellence in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This is a senior role with real influence, ideal for someone with a strong operations background who is confident managing people, processes, and performance at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple operational teams to consistently achieve KPIs and service-level targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including rostering, capacity planning, absence management, and performance tracking.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans and measurable actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, standards, and service delivery.
• Ensure consistency and high operational standards across all sites and regions.
• Engage, motivate, and develop teams through effective leadership and performance management.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior operations management role.
• Background in the automotive, transport, or technical services sector is highly desirable.
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience managing dispersed teams.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel as part of a multi-site role.
