My client, a busy and growing logistics and business support company, is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Van Driver/General Operative to join their team in Dublin 15.

Position Overview:

As the Van Driver / General Operative, you will be responsible for supporting both delivery operations and warehouse activities within a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a varied role suited to someone who is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable balancing driving duties with general operational support.

The successful candidate will carry out local deliveries and collections using smaller company vehicles while also assisting with loading, unloading, stock handling, and maintaining an organised warehouse space. Previous van driving experience and some warehousing experience are both highly desirable.

This is a full-time position operating on a 5 over 7 schedule, Monday to Sunday, with overtime opportunities available. The role is offering €19.00 per hour and would suit someone looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a growing operation.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Full clean Category B driving licence required
• Min 1+ years van driving experience required
• Min 1+ years Warehouse or general operative experience required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule
• Good knowledge of the Dublin area is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Assisting with warehouse duties and stock handling
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
• Completing paperwork and delivery records accurately
• Supporting the wider operations team where required
