My client, a leading facilities and workplace management provider, is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Plumber to join their on-site maintenance team within a large corporate environment in North Co. Dublin.

Position Overview:

As the Facilities Maintenance Plumber, you will work closely with the wider maintenance team supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate site. This role is not solely plumbing focused and will involve a broad range of general facilities maintenance responsibilities across the site.

You will be responsible for everything from reactive maintenance issues such as blocked toilets and general plumbing repairs, through to supporting project-based works involving pipe diagrams and planned maintenance tasks.

This is a Monday to Friday position operating from 9AM to 5PM, with a salary of approximately €50,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will work within a structured ticketing system where tasks are prioritised and scheduled daily based on operational requirements.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Qualified Plumber with relevant trade certification
• Min 3+years’ experience within plumbing, facilities maintenance, commercial maintenance, or building services environments
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
• Comfortable carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across the site
• Supporting general facilities maintenance duties as required
• Responding to scheduled maintenance tickets in line with priority levels
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Supporting project works involving pipe layouts and maintenance upgrades
• Working closely with the on-site maintenance and facilities team
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate records of completed maintenance tasks
