My client, a leading facilities management provider, now seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner to join their team based in Co. Clare.

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out daily cleaning duties, ensuring all assigned areas are maintained to a high standard and providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all service users, staff and visitors.

This is a permanent part-time position offering €14.15 per hour, working 2 days per week from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Due to the nature of this site, the successful candidate will be required to complete Garda Vetting prior to commencing employment.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis. This is not an agency or short-term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 1+ years cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Positive and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting is required

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning duties across the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, offices and shared spaces
• Perform housekeeping duties as required
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and sanitising surfaces
• Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Follow all health & safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards at all times
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Work independently and as part of a wider team
