My client, a leading facilities management provider, is seeking an experienced Mobile Plumber to join their team on a temporary basis, providing plumbing and maintenance support across a portfolio of sites throughout Leinster.

Position Overview:

As Mobile Plumber, you will travel between client sites throughout Leinster, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on mobile position suited to a qualified plumber with strong maintenance and fault-finding experience who is comfortable working independently across multiple sites.

The role offers a competitive rate of €28.00 to €30.00 per hour, depending on experience, working Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

This is a temporary agency position, with the successful candidate employed and paid through Total Solutions for the duration of the assignment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Plumber with a recognised trade qualification
• Minimum 3+ years' post-qualification plumbing experience
• Previous experience within facilities or building maintenance is highly desirable
• Strong experience carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload
• Full clean Irish driving licence
• Ability to travel between sites throughout Leinster
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Professional approach when working on client sites
• Full working rights in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across client sites
• Diagnose plumbing faults and complete necessary repairs
• Carry out general plumbing and remedial works
• Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requirements
• Identify and report additional works required
• Liaise with facilities teams and site contacts
• Complete relevant maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Follow company and site-specific Health & Safety procedures
