We are recruiting on behalf of a high-volume, well-established garage/depot operating across the South Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow regions. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a skilled workshop team, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running a tight operation, managing people and workflow, and maintaining high standards under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a busy garage/depot.
• Manage service bookings, workflow scheduling, and customer expectations.
• Lead, motivate, and support workshop and service teams.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain strong operational processes and commercial awareness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a busy garage, depot, or automotive operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Good commercial awareness and operational understanding.
