We are recruiting on behalf of an established construction company seeking a Site Manager / Foreman with a trade background to oversee a high-density residential development in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role, delivering high-quality projects with autonomy and long-term growth prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations on a high-density residential site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and monitor progress closely.
• Liaise with project managers and senior stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Take a hands-on approach to solving site issues and managing the build process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in residential construction.
• A trade background is preferred, with a strong eye for detail and workmanship.
• Ability to manage site teams effectively and maintain clear communication.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working on high-density housing projects is a plus.
