We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Cork-based engineering consultancy that is continuing to grow its project portfolio. They are seeking Structural Design Engineers to join their dynamic team and contribute to a wide range of roads, sewerage, and large-scale residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver structural designs for residential and civil infrastructure projects.
• Work on projects involving roads, sewerage, and large-scale residential developments.
• Ensure designs comply with Irish building regulations, standards, and planning requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Provide technical input and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project delivery, reporting, and design reviews.
• Support site queries and construction-stage technical issues as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in structural design, ideally within Irish-based projects.
• Strong understanding of Irish regulations, standards, and design practices.
• Experience working on roads, sewerage, or residential projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Chartered Engineer status is an advantage but not essential.
