My client, a long-established and highly reputable motor dealership, is currently seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join their team based in Navan, Co. Meath.

Position Overview:

As the Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy motor dealership sales team. You’ll assist customers throughout their car-buying journey — from their first enquiry and test drive through to finance options and vehicle handover — ensuring every customer receives a professional and friendly experience.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about the motor industry, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and senior team, gaining hands-on training and experience across all aspects of the sales process.

This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary starting from €28,000 per year plus commission, with regular hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Must demonstrated high value/high ticket sales experience (motor trade experience an advantage but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team and build strong client relationships
• Excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting their next vehicle, delivering a friendly, professional, and premium-level service
• Support the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to handover
• Manage vehicle test drives, finance applications, and all necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and proactively follow up on leads
• Ensure the showroom and forecourt are impeccably presented at all times
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve both personal and team sales targets
• Represent the company brand to the highest luxury and professionalism standards
