Our client, a highly reliable civil engineering and demolition contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Civils Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis for projects based in Co. Westmeath.

This is a fully onsite role working Monday to Friday, offering long-term stability with a solid and respected company delivering a range of civil and demolition projects. The successful candidate will take a leadership role on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works on site.
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and labour.
• Ensure works are carried out in line with project plans and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to project management.
• Ensure quality control across all aspects of civil construction works.
• Assist with planning and scheduling site activities.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience working on civil engineering projects.
• Previous experience working in a leadership or supervisory role on site.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site management.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage site operations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence preferred.
