Katie McCormack

Katie is an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong background in professional services and talent advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Business and Law and a Master of Accounting from University College Dublin. Katie began her career with PwC in Ireland, spending over four years in their Tax Practice before relocating to Canada, where she continued her work with PwC in Toronto for a further two and a half years.

Driven by a passion for working with people, Katie transitioned into recruitment in 2021, joining Robert Walters Canada. There she built strong expertise in candidate management, client engagement, and delivering high quality recruitment solutions in a competitive international market. She brings particular strength in permanent recruitment across finance, accounting, and wider professional services, as well as supporting roles across multiple business functions.

After returning home to Ireland at the end of 2025, Katie joined Total Solutions and is delighted to be working from her hometown of Lucan. She will be leading our permanent recruitment offering, working closely with employers and candidates to deliver long term, well matched placements that support both career growth and business success.
