We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation for a Technical Services Operations Manager to take ownership of a national, multi-site technical services network during a period of significant growth and transformation.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded operations professional with a strong background in automotive, supply chain, or logistics environments. You will have real autonomy and influence, leading service, maintenance, and repair operations while driving performance, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site technical services network.
• Drive operational performance through KPIs, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and embed a high-performance, customer-first culture through strong people leadership.
• Ensure best-in-class standards across health & safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver growth, innovation, and margin improvement.
• Lead change initiatives and support teams through transformation and scaling.
• Maintain a strong field presence, providing hands-on leadership and operational oversight.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Background in automotive, supply chain, logistics, or technical services is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving operational and financial performance.
• Confident, inspiring leader with a hands-on and accountable leadership style.
