We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing construction contractor based in Clare who is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Engineer to join their expanding team.

With a strong and secured pipeline of residential developments across the Midwest region, this is a key leadership role overseeing high-quality housing projects along with associated civils packages. The role will suit a hands-on, commercially aware professional who is comfortable managing multiple live sites and driving delivery from the front.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential construction projects including associated civils works.
• Oversee groundworks, drainage, roads, and services packages.
• Manage multiple live sites across Clare, Galway, Limerick, and North Tipperary.
• Drive project programmes to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor commercial performance and support cost control measures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Engineer within residential construction.
• Strong civils background, including groundworks, drainage, roads, and services.
• Experience managing multiple live sites simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive programme delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence (essential).
