We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing civils contractor delivering major infrastructure projects. They are seeking a strong Senior Project Manager / Site Manager to take full leadership responsibility across high-value projects.

This is a high-impact role offering real visibility, autonomy, and long-term progression. The successful candidate will lead from the front, driving programmes, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead civil infrastructure projects from initial groundworks through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, resources, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed to specification and quality standards.
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all site activities.
• Monitor budgets and support commercial performance in collaboration with QS teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong site performance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Site Manager within civil engineering.
• Strong background in water, utilities, or residential infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of programme management and site delivery.
• Commercial awareness and experience working on high-value projects.
• Full driving licence.
