We are recruiting experienced Site / Setting Out Engineers on behalf of leading building and civil engineering contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated engineers who thrive in dynamic site environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality projects.

The role will involve moving between active sites across Galway, Limerick, and Clare, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate setting out and surveying duties across multiple construction sites.
• Work independently to manage site engineering tasks and ensure project accuracy.
• Support daily site operations and coordinate with site management teams.
• Interpret drawings and ensure works are delivered in line with specifications.
• Use Total Stations and other surveying equipment to maintain precision.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance.
• Assist in reporting progress and resolving on-site technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working autonomously on construction sites.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Hands-on expertise in RC works, setting out, and Total Stations.
• Ability to manage and support site operations effectively.
• Willingness to travel between sites in Galway, Limerick, and Clare.
• Full, clean driving licence (essential).
