We are recruiting on behalf of an established construction company seeking a hands-on Site Manager / Foreman with a trade background to take full responsibility for a high-density residential development in South Dublin. This role offers a high level of autonomy and is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front and delivering quality residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential construction site.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor progress against programme and address issues proactively.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Enforce health & safety procedures and site compliance.
• Drive productivity and maintain a strong site culture focused on quality and delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on residential construction projects.
• Experience working on high-density residential developments is highly desirable.
• Trade background with a strong eye for quality and detail (advantage).
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to run the site autonomously.
