We are recruiting on behalf of a valued automotive client in Cork who is seeking a customer-focused professional to join their team in a hybrid Service Advisor role within a busy garage environment.This is a hands-on position where you will be at the centre of operations, managing the customer journey from vehicle intake through to completion, while coordinating closely with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and manage vehicle intake from arrival through to completion.
• Act as the key point of contact between customers and workshop technicians.
• Coordinate parts ordering and liaise with suppliers.
• Manage job updates, scheduling, and workflow within the garage.
• Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of work completed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced workshop environment.

Requirements:

• Strong automotive knowledge is essential.
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
