We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist contractor delivering premium metal and glass façade and curtain walling systems across landmark projects in Ireland and the UK. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage costs across façade, curtain walling, and glazing projects.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, and cashflow forecasts.
• Manage subcontract procurement and package delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and negotiate terms.
• Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks across projects.
• Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure cost efficiency and programme alignment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor or commercial role.
• Strong experience in cost control, contract management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience using Buildsoft, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in façade, curtain walling, glazing, or commercial construction projects is highly advantageous.
