My client, a well-established fresh produce company based in North County Dublin, is currently seeking an Order Dispatch Assembler/Packer to join their growing team.

Position Overview:

As the Order Dispatch Assembler/Packer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production and dispatch operation. You will be responsible for assembling customer orders, printing labels, grading and packing produce, and ensuring all dispatched goods meet company and customer standards.

This is a full-time permanent position offering €14.15 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, with flexibility required for occasional Saturday work during peak periods.

This role would suit somebody who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a similar warehouse, packing or production role is required
• Fluent level of English (written & verbal)
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Reliable and punctual
• Full right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Picking and assembling daily customer orders
• Printing and preparing labels for production and dispatch
• Grading, sorting and packing fresh produce
• Ensuring all products are labelled correctly to customer specifications
• Completing and signing off production and quality paperwork
• Maintaining traceability and labelling standards
• Following all hygiene and quality procedures
• Operating a clean-as-you-go policy within the workspace
