Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with workshop staff.
• Provide accurate information on service timelines, costs, and requirements.
• Manage customer expectations while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain service records and ensure smooth workflow within the depot.
• Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated on job progress.
• Handle invoicing and assist with follow-up communication post-service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the motor industry is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
