We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and established Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a key role focused on overseeing project delivery, resource management, and client communications, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of ongoing IT projects.
• Manage tickets, case escalations, and project-related timesheets.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Engage directly with clients to scope, plan, and deliver new IT projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed support operations.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Self-starter who thrives in hybrid and flexible work environments.
