We are recruiting on behalf of a small, well-established builder based in Co. Kildare who is seeking a qualified Carpenter to join their growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of projects including home renovations, commercial extensions, and residential building works, primarily within the Kildare area. The successful candidate will gain excellent hands-on exposure and strong opportunities for development within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out first and second fix carpentry on residential and commercial projects.
• Work on home renovations, extensions, and general building works.
• Interpret drawings and ensure work is completed to specification.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with site teams and other trades.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site.

Requirements:

• Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade certification.
• Experience in residential renovations and extensions preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence preferred.
