We are recruiting on behalf of a growing kitchen installation company seeking a Kitchen Fitter at an early career stage to join their team.

This role offers excellent hands-on experience across residential projects, providing the opportunity to develop skills and grow within a supportive and expanding business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and fitting of kitchens on residential sites.
• Work from drawings and specifications to complete installations accurately.
• Support senior fitters and supervisors on site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Ensure tools and work areas are kept organised and clean.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry or kitchen fitting is desirable.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Good attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
